EDM: BYRON+PLEKANEC+2ND RND
(MTL retains $1.5M of Pleks salary)
Mtl gets needed 1-2 Centre; drops Danault to suited 3rd C role.
EDM gets needed speedy, scoring winger, who can play top 9 wing and is on cheap contract. They Shed RNH contract in time for salary crunch next year (when McDavid's kicks in). They get shut down 3rd line C in pleks at a tolerable rate ($4.5M for this year) and can resign cheaper next year or let walk. Drasaital now moves to 2nd C role.

MTL gets needed 1-2 centre, drops Danault to 3rd line centre (more suitable role). HABS have salary flex to absorb RNH contract and retain part of Pleks for 1 year.
EDM gets needed scoring winger with Speed, who can play 2nd line wing and on cheap contract; McDavid and Drasaital become 1-2 Centres. they shed RNH contract for next year salary crunch (when McDavid kicks in) and get shut down 3rd line Centre in pleks at $4.5M and can potentially resign him again for cheaper npcap hit next year.
